This is an easily absorbed facial serum harnessing the best of nature's actives for men’s skin concerns, grown by our Mother and bottled by us.

This premium, organic, cold-pressed oil visibly smooth texture by softening stubble, bumps and razor burn and improving radiance. Supports your skins’ moisture barrier to stop your face becoming tight or greasy whilst the stimulating essential oil blend keeps skin clear and balanced. Great for softening beards and the skin underneath. Leaves skin hydrated and comfortable all day.

• Squalane- silky and light, keeps skin comfortable, enhances elasticity
• Hemp- strong anti-inflammatory, reduces irritation and redness
• Bladderwrack Seaweed- restores moisture, promotes elasticity, anti-microbial
• Macadamia- high in protective palmitoleic acid, strengthens skin barrier
• Gotu Kola- Also known as Centella or Cica, intensely calming, restoring, repairing
• Starflower- brightens skin, high in restorative gamma-linoleic acid
• Fractionated Coconut- easily absorbed, super softening and anti-bacterial

How to: After cleansing, massage 5 drops into damp skin after or in place of your moisturiser.

HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK 

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday – five days a week. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the following day.

We sadly can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following morning, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. In case of a delayed delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.

Delivery prices are dependent product size and are broken down as follows and will be automatically calculated at checkout:

• Small Item Shipping (Orders under £10): £3.50
• Letterbox Kits: £3.50 
• Expedited Shipping: £6.95 – Royal Mail 24 Tracked
• Transparent Shipping £6.14 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked - This is how much you it costs us to ship your order. As a small business we just don't get the margin on postal fees that the biggies do. 

The carrier we use is Royal Mail, they will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).

Unfortunately we are unable to send items out with the UK at the moment, we are working on this.

RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK

We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason it’s not right, please don’t hesitate to return within 14 working days of delivery. Returned items should be adequately insured during the return journey with proof of postage, Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Please ensure that your unwanted product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Along with your product please fill in our returns form and include this in your parcel - failure to include this may delay your refund being processed. A returns form can be obtained by emailing orders@quinceandcook.co.uk

On the rare occasion that your product is faulty please contact us to arrange collection free of charge. Non faulty items will have to be returned at your own cost.

Please allow 28 days for your refund to be processed.

Shipping times will also vary from the above as many items are special delivery due to their size. Shortly after order, a date will be provided and the courier will liaise with you via email or text to confirm precise timings.
