Acid Washed Foaming 5% AHA Gel Cleanser

This is a plush foaming facial gel using the best of nature's actives to soften and re-texturise skin, grown by our Mother and bottled by us.

Sloughs off rough dead cells, revealing smooth new skin and brightening your complexion. Boosts the efficiency of your skincare routine by allowing your products to reach deeper into the dermis. The blend’s high content of lactic acid is supported by a host of botanical actives to soften any irritation and further clarify. Oil-free and alcohol free.

• Lactic Acid- gentle alpha-hydroxy acid that helps hydration as it smooths rough skin
• Witch Hazel- alcohol free, tones and purifies the pores, reduces inflammation
• Tea Tree- strong anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties to target acne prone skin
• Panthenol- humectant from rice, protects from moisture loss, supports skin barrier
• Betaine- humectant from sugar beets, protects and maintains hydration levels
• Chamomile- a softly healing plant, calms and restores irritated skin

How to: Massage into wet skin, rinse clean. Suitable for daily use.

Note: Patch test first. Do not use if your skin is sensitive to exfoliating acids.

• Uses natural and organic raw ingredients and gentle lactic acid
• 120ml amber glass bottle with a pump in a cardboard box. We use amber glass to protect the precious plant extracts from oxidisation. This keeps them more potent for longer.

HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK 

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday – five days a week. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the following day.

We sadly can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following morning, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. In case of a delayed delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.

Delivery prices are dependent product size and are broken down as follows and will be automatically calculated at checkout:

• Transparent Shipping £6.14 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked - This is how much you it costs us to ship your order. As a small business we just don't get the margin on postal fees that the biggies do. 

The carrier we use is Royal Mail, they will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).

Unfortunately we are unable to send items out with the UK at the moment, we are working on this.

RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK

We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason it’s not right, please don’t hesitate to return within 14 working days of delivery. Returned items should be adequately insured during the return journey with proof of postage, Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Please ensure that your unwanted product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Along with your product please fill in our returns form and include this in your parcel - failure to include this may delay your refund being processed. A returns form can be obtained by emailing orders@quinceandcook.co.uk

On the rare occasion that your product is faulty please contact us to arrange collection free of charge. Non faulty items will have to be returned at your own cost.

Please allow 28 days for your refund to be processed.

Shipping times will also vary from the above as many items are special delivery due to their size. Shortly after order, a date will be provided and the courier will liaise with you via email or text to confirm precise timings.
