Holiday Hours & Delivery Deadlines
At checkout you can choose between DPD and Royal Mail 48 Tracked shipping services. The dispatch deadline for both of these services is Friday 20th of December at 12pm.
We strongly advise using DPD when ordering close to the deadline.
As with orders placed throughout the year, once your order leaves us and tracking is provided we can no longer control your package. You can use the tracking, provided via email on dispatch, to track and update your order. At Christmas time Royal Mail and DPD cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for Christmas Day, but they will try their hardest.
Online orders placed after 12pm on Friday 20th of December: All order placed after our cut off will be dispatched when we return on the 3rd of January. As a small team we take a break over the Christmas period to allow everyone to rest and recoup after a busy Christmas.
Our Perth shop will be open during the Christmas period. Our seasonal hours are below:
- Saturday 21st December: 10am - 6pm
- Sunday 22nd December: 11am - 5pm
- Monday 23rd December: 10am - 5:30pm
- CHRISTMAS EVE: CLOSED
- CHRISTMAS DAY: CLOSED
- BOXING DAY: CLOSED
- Friday 27th December: 11am - 4pm
- Saturday 28th December: 11am - 5pm
- Sunday 29th December: 11am - 4pm
- Monday 30th December: CLOSED
- Tuesday 31st December: CLOSED
- Wednesday 1st January: CLOSED
- Thursday 2nd January: CLOSED
- Friday 3rd January: CLOSED
- Saturday 4th January: 10am - 5:30pm normal hours resume
